2025 OAKFIELD LABOR DAZE - Vendor Registration Information
The Oakfield Betterment Committee would like to extend an invitation to you to participate in our Labor Daze Crafts & Vendors Event. Our 2-day Craft & Vendors Event will be held on Sunday, August 31 & Monday, September 1st, from 10:00am – 6:00pm.
Labor Daze is a 3-day festival held in Triangle Park, which is in the heart of Oakfield. The full event runs from Saturday through Monday and is filled with free nonstop musical entertainment, kids’ activities, food and more. In past years, this event has drawn up to 20,000 attendees over the Labor Day weekend.
Booth cost for two days is $50.00 for a 12x12 spot, 2 spots for $75.00. Submit fee, application & a copy of your insurance certificates: one each naming [Oakfield Betterment Committee, 5 N. Pearl St Oakfield NY 14125] & [Village of Oakfield, 37 Main St Oakfield NY 14125] as additional insured. If you don’t have insurance, you can get 3-day insurance for $49.00 from ACT Insurance www.actinsurance.com
All craft vendors are required to apply. If you are interested, please complete and mail your completed application, along with application fee, insurance, and descriptions of items you intend to sell to:

1. All vendors need to supply their own tents, tables and displays (Spaces are 12’ x 12’)
2. No Vehicles or Trailers will be allowed behind, next to or near your booth space. A parking area away from the booth area will be designated for crafters to park their vehicles and trailers. For set-up you will be able to access your area with a vehicle and once you have unloaded your vehicle/trailer it will need to be removed. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this requirement.
3. The vendor registration fee is non-refundable and there are no rain-dates for the festival.
4. Electricity will NOT be available to the craft booths. Generators are prohibited.
5. Each Booth is to be kept tidy with clean-up the responsibility of the exhibitor.
6. Booth Assignments: Booth will be assigned with date & time to set-up, and there will be no changing of booth assignments on the days of the festival.
7. Space assignments will be random and are not to be requested.
8. Setup must be complete, and roadways clear prior to the start time of 10:00 am. The hours for the craft show will be from 10am - 6pm each day. Private security will be present overnight.
