LABOR DAZE ARTISAN FAIR: Sat, Sun, Mon, Sept 5-7, 2026

1. All vendors need to supply their own tents, tables and displays (Spaces are 12’ x 12’)

2. No Vehicles or Trailers will be allowed behind, next to or near your booth space. A parking area away from the booth area will be designated for crafters to park their vehicles and trailers. For set-up you will be able to access your area with a vehicle and once you have unloaded your vehicle/trailer it will need to be removed. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this requirement.

3. The vendor registration fee is non-refundable (unless your app is declined)  and there are no rain-dates for the festival.

4. Electricity will NOT be available to the craft booths.  Generators are prohibited.

5. Each Booth is to be kept tidy with clean-up the responsibility of the exhibitor.

6. Booth Assignments: Booth will be assigned with date & time to set-up, and there will be no changing of booth assignments on the days of the festival or trading spaces.

7. Space assignments will be first come first serve and are not to be requested.

8. Setup must be complete, and roadways clear prior to the start time of 10:00 am. The hours for the craft show will be from 10am - 6pm each day. Private security will be present overnight.

9. Vendors are encouraged to self-promote as well as share OBC social media posts about Labor Daze and arts & crafts. 

10. OBC will be though periodically to check in with you, take pics, videos and even interview you for more publicity.
